Prayer for January 3rd

January 3, 2014

Hello, Friends! Here is the prayer for today…

Dear Father God,We thank you, for never missing one thing that is going on in our lives. We thank you for being an attentive, Father, who always has a watchful eye on us and your ears are always tuned into our cries and prayers…
Lord, we know there are many here today that are discouraged and losing hope… We ask for your peace that passes all understanding to fall on them, Lord. We ask for  everyone who is praying this prayer… to feel the warmth of your spirit descend upon them, even as they are praying now. We ask for stress to leave their bodies…we ask that everyone will feel with each exhaled breath, a calmness that overtakes them…a calmness that can only be attributed to you. Lord, it may not be time yet for  their circumstances to change, so we ask that you grant your strength and the ability to hold on until your timing is right. We know sometimes you want us to come to the end of our strength, so we will find you with open arms, waiting to empower us…Oh, Abba Father, hold each of us  close to you now and help us to patiently persevere.Lord, we ask that your heart would be moved with compassion, as a Father is when their child is in pain. Lord, we ask for miracle provisions for those in need. We believe with all our heart’s, that you are the God who with one word, can speak the world into existence. We know that with one word, or thought, every need can be met here. We ask for your will to be done…we  don’t want to settle for less than your best for us Lord, so we ask that you help us in our waiting times to trust and to rest in you.Lord, we ask that you embrace us…encourage us…empower us…deliver us. Make our heart’s your home… dwell within us and fill us with your sustaining grace. Lord, please give each one here the strength, energy, power and courage they need to equip them for this day… Thank you for going before us and making the rough roads smooth, Lord. We love you and we ask these things in the name of Jesus. Amen

May you feel His peace today!

In His love,
