Prayer for December 15th

December 15, 2014

mistakes

Hi, Friends! I’m so sorry I have been unable to post for a while. My computer broke and will be in the shop until after the first of the year. The Lord blessed me and a friend has just loaned me her computer, so I am back in business and trying to get caught back up with everything. Here is a short prayer for today. Blessings be upon you in this coming week! In His love, Debbie

Dear Lord,

We thank you for working all things together for our good. Thank you for redeeming the past, our failures and our shortcomings. Thank you for seeing us not as we are, but how we will be. Please lead and guide us this day and help us to be strong in your power and might. May our thoughts today focus on you and the things that we can change and do to help ourselves and our circumstances. We ask for your help in letting go of things that are in the past and the things that are beyond our control. Help us make the most of this day…help us to find your joy in the midst of the hard things and may gratitude fill our hearts for the many blessings you have given us. Fill us with your peace and please go before us this week. In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
