Prayer For January 16th

January 16, 2015

hope

Hello, Friends! Here is the prayer for today…

Dear Father God,

We ask that you would help us live our lives to the fullest today.

Father, we know we are not to worry… we know we are not to be anxious…we know we are to trust… help us to keep our eyes firmly fixed on you…not only so we can get past the stormy seas, but so we will be ready and not caught off guard, as we are shown in the parable of the maidens and the bridegroom. When our eyes are fixed on our troubles, worries and the cares of life, we are distracted and we need to be vigilant in focusing on you and the things of your Kingdom and not the things of this world. Help us not to be consumed by the things that are temporary…help us to do all we can do…and then help us to release our cares, burdens and pain to you, so we can move forward to the eternal things that should always be in the forefront of our minds.

Father, help us to exhale stress and breathe in your peace. Help us to learn to praise you even when we don’t feel like it. Help us to pray without ceasing and to make the most of our days, that we might be good and faithful servants. Speak to us today, Lord…show us new things about yourself that we don’t know. May we grow in your knowledge and grace. Teach us how to be strong in you, Lord and how to overcome our weak areas. Help us to be the best we can be in all areas of our lives, Lord.  Please lead and guide us in all that we say and do. In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

May His words and His presence soothe you and speak to you today!

In His love,
Debbie

Debbie i’m requesting prayer for my Dog “Gia” who is family to me! she has a growth next to her nipple thats a possible tumor! i don’t have money and i am poor so i cant afford surgery for her! I have had way too much loss in my life its bad enough that i am sick and poor and i am not married, no children and don’t have much family in America so my 2 dogs Buddy and Gia are my family…i have no help from this corrupt Gov. so i need a “miracle” for my dog Gia!

Proverbs 12:10 talks about being a good pet owner! I am beyond frustrated, angry and fed up with everything…now i’m going through this..I’m sorry for sounding angry/doubtful but i need a freaken break from my horrible life of non stop bombarding attacks from Satan…and i mean non stop for decades! God give me a break please! Thanx Debbie i know you understand because of what you have been through and are going through! Please put “Gia” and I on a prayer chain and know that you, your son and your ministry is on my prayer list everyday!!!

I’ll keep praying Mike! You know you are in good company with many heroes of faith that have walked in similar shoes as you, and God did amazing things to redeem their situations. God is with you right there in the midst of your hard, lonely place… just as He was with Joseph,Job, Daniel, and the Apostles to name a few. Put on your armor the moment you wake up my friend. You are surrounded by a heavenly host that is protecting you. You are not forgotten or abandoned and He will not fail you. God rewards faithfulness and you know that everything that He allows into our lives, He will uses for our good. The enemy is unrelenting, but God is bigger than all you face. He will redeem all the enemy has meant for harm. I know you are so battle weary…rest in His arms Mike…He will carry you, deliver you and provide for you. Standing in the gap for you and praying your strength and hope is renewed. Blessings, hugs and love, Deb
