Hello, Friends! Here is the prayer for today…

Our Father,

There is so much in your word that describes who you are and your many works… there are so many  promises for us to claim…and we daily need to remind ourselves that what you call us to, you equip us for… that anything you have allowed into our lives it is for our good and your glory….and you will always help us to face what is in front of us…not by ourselves, but with your help. When we cry to you, you are faithful to answer…you never turn us away or cast us aside. You take our hurts and you heal them…you give, but not as the world gives…what is done in you, will last forever.

You are the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles (2 Corinthians 1:3-4)
You are our helper, so we don’t need to be afraid (Hebrews 13:6)
You are the one who sustains us and doesn’t let us fall ( Psalm 55:22)
You care for those who trust in you (Nahum 1:7)
You give us eternal life, and we will never perish and no one can snatch us out of your protective hand (John 10:27-28)
You go before us… you never leave us or forsake us…you tell us not to be afraid or be discouraged. (Deuteronomy 31:8)
You sympathize with our weakness, you have been tempted in every way, so you understand us and you tell us to come to your throne with confidence to receive mercy and to find grace in our times of need (Hebrews 4:15-16)

Thank you Lord for bearing our burdens…thank you for sustaining us… for binding our wounds and healing our hearts. Thank you for understanding us and encouraging us… for being our advocate and fighting for us… for believing in us and for providing everything that we need.

Lord, please cleanse us, forgive us and make us whole. Kindle a hunger and thirst for your Word within us. Help us to move forward…not looking behind but keeping our eyes straight ahead fixed on you and the path that you have set before us. May we be a blessing to those around us and may our lives be a testament to your sustaining grace. We love you Lord and thank you for this day. In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

May you feel His strength within you Friends!

In His Love,
