Prayer For June 28th

June 28, 2015

prayer from Debbie Kay, Hope For The Broken Hearted

Hello, Friends! I’m feeling led to re-post this prayer today…

Our Beloved Father,

We thank you for your amazing grace and great love for us. We thank you for redeeming us and making us your heirs. Your word says you raise the poor from the dust and you lift the beggar from the ash heap. You set them among princes and make them inherit the throne of glory. We praise you Lord, because even if we are lacking in material things, we are not paupers…we are princes and princesses. You alone can take the worst things in life and turn them into good things. Because of Christ’s blood, we have been taken out of our sinful lives and have been given a place in the palace of the King. We praise you, Lord, for it truly is like a fairy tale. Who are we that you would love us so? You see past what we are, to what we will be… all the while loving us and accepting us unconditionally!

As joint-heirs with Christ, we know we are to suffer with him that we might be glorified with him. Sometimes the suffering part is difficult for us, Lord…but it was at times for Jesus as well. He asked you if it was possible, to take that cup of suffering away from Him. He prayed with such anxiety he sweated drops of blood. He has compassion on us because He understands our suffering…you have compassion on us…you understand our difficulties, struggles and weaknesses. You are faithful to comfort us and provide for us that we might endure… so that we might receive our inheritance one day. Lord, we know at the very heart of everything, you want the best for us. You love us so much, you sent your Son… Help us to remember your heart towards us in our times of difficulty. Help us to remember your compassion and the many times you have delivered us, answered our prayers and stood by us. What you have done before, you will do again. Your mercies are new every morning.

Lord, we give you this day. We believe you and trust you to help us with what look like impossible situations in our lives. What is impossible with men, is possible with you. Thank you Lord, that one day we will look upon the tapestry you have woven with our lives and we will see the finished, beautiful picture. We see the knotted, mess of the under side now. You see the completed picture even as we speak. Lord, we know that you make all things beautiful in your time and we are waiting with joyful hearts for the day we are united with our Prince of Peace and You our King. We love you Lord. In the name of Jesus we pray. Amen

Praying you feel His lavish love for you today!
Blessings and hugs,
