Prayer For Sept.7th

September 7, 2015

prayer from Debbie Kay, Hope For The Broken Hearted

Hello, Friends! Here is the prayer for today…

Our Father,

Many here are struggling to know your will for their lives.  Please let them hear your voice above the doubts and fears and may they find confirmation to give them peace.  You tell us that when we seek you, we will find you and  that you will lead and guide us on the path that we should go. You tell us that you give generously to all who ask for wisdom… so we ask  you to help us to figure out what we need to do in every area of our life where we need guidance. Instruct us and speak to us, so we know when to accept that something isn’t going to change, and let us know when we need to stand fast in prayer, with great faith, and wait on you for change to come.

Lord, we don’t want to waste any time investing ourselves or our time in things we shouldn’t…we don’t want to waste our days trying to figure out where you would have us to be or what you would have us to do. Help us Lord, to see your will clearly, even as we  learn to walk by faith…

Please speak to us through your Word. May we feel your presence. May our heart’s feel your Living Water welling up inside of us and drenching the dried up places in our heart’s, mind’s and spirit’s. You are the Bread of Life and we know that for our mental, spiritual, emotional and physical health we need to regularly come to be filled by you…

Thank you for being with us…thank you for standing by us…thank you for being invested in our welfare and our well-being. Help us to take rest in you…help our confidence to be in you…thank you for your peace that passes understanding. Please go before us, Lord and make the rough roads smooth. Open doors for those who need them and close the doors that will not lead to your perfect will. Help us to trust that you are working even when we can’t see signs of it…help us to trust your decisions, knowing that you see the big picture that we can’t yet see.  We ask for your angels to be about us and our loved ones and bless us, Lord that we may bless others. In the name of Jesus we ask these things. Amen

Blessings be upon you and those you love!
Much love in Him,
Debbie Kay
