Hello, Friends! Here is the prayer for today…

 Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank you for this new day…thank you for the chance to come before you again in prayer. We thank you that we can come boldly to your throne of grace… we are grateful that because of Christ’s sacrifice, we can enter in your presence, and in your presence we are changed…in your presence we have fullness of joy….in your presence we are safe from our enemies…in your presence, we find healing…in your presence, we abide under the shadow of your wings…in your presence we find rest…in your presence we find refreshment…in your presence there is peace and comfort. Thank you for these incredible blessings we receive as we fellowship and commune with you.

Father, we ask that as we bow before you in prayer that everything  will fade away in the light of your glory…in your presence, may our vision and sense of purpose be renewed and restored so we can press on in the race before us. Fill us, Lord…we ask to receive from you the spiritual gifts you long to give us…help us to grow more confidant in our faith. Help us to live our lives boldly, knowing you walk beside us and uphold us.  Help us to die to ourselves…help us to cast off the things that hinder us…help us to let go of the hurtful past…help us to embrace the unknown future as we trust everything is known to you and you promise to lead and guide us…help us to walk the narrow path and not turn to the left or the right…may your light go before us and your love surround us…help us to cast off fear, doubt, confusion, uncertainty, worry, anxiety, and all the things that try to hold us back and pull us down. Help us to cast off the sins that stumble us…forgive us of our sins, Lord …cleanse us from everything that offends you and keeps us from being who you want us to be, and living the life that you’ve called us to live. Comfort the afflicted, Lord. Please pour out your healing balm…heal us that we may be healed and set us free from every tie that binds.

Father, as we pray today, we ask for your Holy Spirit to fall upon us. Please go before us in our comings and our goings and in our downsittings and uprisings… We thank you for your grace that sustains us…we thank you for your mercy…we thank you for making us holy and blameless through the precious blood of our Messiah… We love you Lord, and give you this day and all that is in it.  In the name of our risen Savior Jesus we pray. Amen.

May the Lord bless you and keep you and make His face to shine upon you!
Much love in Him,
Debbie
