Prayer For Nov. 8th

November 8, 2015

prayer from Debbie Kay, Hope For The Broken Hearted

Hello, Friends! Here is the prayer for today…

Our Father,

When we are struggling or feeling overwhelmed, it helps to remember all that you do for us…it helps to get our thoughts off of the rough roads and to think on you…it helps to weigh our circumstances in light of your power and your promises… we thank you for leading us beside the still waters and soothing and refreshing our souls…

We thank you for being  the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles..we thank you for being our helper, so we don’t need to be afraid….for being The One who sustains us and doesn’t let us fall…we are grateful that you care for those who trust in you…we are so thankful that through Jesus, you have made a way that we can have eternal life and no one can snatch us from your hand…

Thank you for going before us…  we thank you for never leaving or forsaking us…we thank you for sympathizing with our weakness… you have been tempted in every way, so you understand us…you have compassion on us and tell us to come to your throne with confidence to receive mercy and to find grace in our times of need..

Lord, we are reminded that anything you have allowed into our lives will be redeemed for our good and your glory…. you will always help us to face what is in front of us… when we cry to you, you are faithful to answer…you never turn us away or cast us aside. Our hurts matter to you…you grieve with us…you offer comfort, shelter and peace in the midst of the worst storms..

Thank you, for bearing our burdens…thank you for sustaining us…thank you for binding our wounds and healing our hearts. Thank you for understanding us and for your encouragement…thank you for being our advocate and for fighting for us. We give you this day and all that’s in it… Lord we know by your strength and power we can face all things  and we are grateful to have you by our side!  In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

May you be encouraged and strengthened in Him Friends!

In His love,
Debbie
