Hello, Friends! Here is the prayer for today…

Dear Lord,

So many of us are in situations that the world would consider hopeless, but  you give not as the world gives. You choose the foolish things of the world to confound the wise. You are the God of second chances. You are The Almighty One…you make walls fall by walking around them…you raise the dead…you sent your Son through a virgin…You do what no one can do, our God Of Hope…there is nothing that is too hard for you… You can make an aged couple like Abraham and Sarah have a child in their 90′s. You can take someone like Paul, who persecuted Christians, and turn him into one of your most faithful followers. We can never be too far gone, too broken, or too unworthy to find restoration and redemption through you. You’ve used prostitutes, children, poor widows and donkeys all to serve your purposes. Nothing, is too small or too great for you. Nothing, is impossible for you and we can do all things through you.

Lord, we submit ourselves to your will. We ask for your spirit to fill us. We ask for you to cleanse us and forgive us of our sins. Lord, we believe Jesus is the Messiah. He is the Son of The Living God…The One who came to save us from our sins and give us new life and life everlasting… We give ourselves to you. We bow down before you and ask to receive from you, Lord… we ask like the blind, the lame, the diseased and the outcasts that begged for your mercy and found a touch from your hand… We ask, believing that if we only have faith the size of a mustard seed, that what you did then, you will do now…Fill us, Lord we pray…we ask you to heal us and purify us so that people may see you in us…May we be living witnesses to your power and your grace.  We know you are still doing miracles, even in situations that the world says are hopeless…we know things aren’t over until you say they are over. Come, Jesus, come we’re ready… move among us..we ask with faith and ready to receive your healing, your hope, your peace, your strength, your joy, your favor and blessings that we might pour into others the same comfort, love, kindness and compassion that you pour into us…We ask these things with humble and grateful hearts in the name of our Savior Jesus. Amen

Blessings to you!

In His love and service,
Debbie Kay
