Prayer For Oct. 3rd

October 3, 2017

Hello, Friends! Here is the prayer for today…

Our Father,

Some days are such a struggle. Life can seem overwhelming  at times…it can be hard to see past all the problems and pain…we don’t know where or how to begin to move forward because there is just  so much wrong in the world and our lives… there are so many things to be worked on and worked out… we can feel so helpless…

Father, we lift everyone to you who feels like their world is falling apart…for those who need a job, a place to live, funds for a pressing need…for those who need a miracle for their health or a relationship… for those who don’t have anyone to rely on for help…for the weary caregivers…for those who are knocking on doors that fail to open…for those who are dealing with changes they didn’t want and they are grieving, learning to adjust and trying to cope with all that is in front of them…

Father, you are the God of miracles…you own the cattle on a thousand hills…where our words fail, may your Spirit intercede… we pray your peace will engulf every scared, anxious, weary and hurting heart. May hope rise and may they find rest in you and receive from your unlimited resources…for the grieving, the broken, the ill, and the struggling… may they find peace and healing coursing through them as they look to you.

Help us all to remember that spring always follows winter… the dawn always follows night…you never grow tired or weary…you never sleep or slumber…your eye is always upon us and your ear listening for our cries… you are for us, so it doesn’t matter who or what is against us…greater are you our God, than any challenge, any obstacle, any illness or any enemy…

Father, we are nothing without you…we can’t do this on our own, but we know we can do all things through you. Gather us unto yourself today. Speak to our hearts. May we hear your voice and feel your presence. In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen

May your heart be filled with His hope today!

In His love,
Debbie Kay
