Prayer For Nov. 2nd

November 2, 2017

Hello, Friends! Here is the prayer for today…

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank you for protecting us through the night…thank you for this new day you’ve given us… we thank you for making us members of your household and heirs to your kingdom…we thank you that our future is secure…that we have a place to call home…not just any place…but a place that you have prepared especially for us… we are grateful…grateful to be your children…grateful that you see past all of our failures, sins, and everything that is so unbecoming in us…we thank you for your grace, mercy, compassion and loving-kindness…we thank you for our wonderful Savior who made a way for us…Lord, we just want to start our day with gratitude and praise in our hearts for all that you are…for all that you have done for us…for all you continue to do…for all that awaits us…our days just go so much better and smoother when we start and end our days with you…

In this moment, please calm our hearts…help us to hear your voice…speak to us…we are listening, Father…show us things you want us to know… show us the things we need to weed out of our hearts and lives…please heal our wounds and make us whole in body, mind and spirit…lead and guide us so we might serve you well…so we might please you and bring glory and honor to you… so we can be more like Jesus…Please fill us with your Holy Spirit…help our souls to be at peace…

Thank you for being our greatest source of encouragement…may we feel your joy well up inside of us, Lord…like rain after a drought, may we feel you filling up the dry places in our spirits and may your love and joy overflow from us and splash onto those around us…renew a right spirit in us so we will be centered on the things that matter… We thank you in advance for all you will do to meet each need…we love you Lord and we are grateful that we can come to your throne of grace in Jesus’ name. Amen

May you feel His nearness friends!

Much love in Him,
Debbie
