Prayer For April 29th

April 29, 2018

Hello, Friends!  Here is the prayer for today…

Dear Heavenly Father…

We thank you for this opportunity to come together once again.  We thank for the freedom we have to come together in a public way. We pray for those who are experiencing religious persecution… for those who are threatened, tortured, abused and made outcast for their belief in you. We ask for your intervention, deliverance and protection for them.

Please forgive us for the things we take for granted…our  freedoms, the ability to gather together and worship publicly, the ability to read your Word  openly and the funds that provide ownership of a Bible. Help us to remember those who would not miss the opportunity if it were given to them, to do the things we take for granted… help us to realize these things are precious gifts not to be squandered or taken lightly.

We pray for our leaders… May they be people of integrity and honor who serve with the right motives…may they truly seek what’s best for everyone and what’s best for our countries. We pray they would seek  your wisdom and guidance that they might serve well… We pray for the believers who are in leadership…be their strength and their voice …give them boldness to speak the truth, even when it’s not politically correct and may they find the courage to do the right things even when others don’t.

We pray for those who protect and serve us all… please bless and protect each one and their families. May they receive the honor and compensation they deserve for the long hours and the sacrifices they make to keep things running smoothly and to keep us all safe.

Father, most of us are  in some sort of battle…some are dealing with  more than one. We ask for your strength, peace, protection and provision. Please make the crooked paths straight. We call on your name and bring these petitions before you and we ask you to meet each  need according to your will and in your timing and we thank you in advance for all you will do. We thank you for hearing our prayers and for never turning us away. We thank you for our many blessings and freedoms and we thank you that we can ask these things in the precious name of  our Savior Jesus. Amen.

May you feel His presence today!
Much love in Him,
