Hello! Here is the daily prayer…

Dear Heavenly Father,

There are so many that are praying with us today that are mourning the loss of loved ones. Father, we ask for your comfort to be upon them. We ask Lord, that you will cradle them in your arms as they learn to find their way in their new normal. We ask that they will find comfort knowing that you understand their pain and heartache. You created all emotions…and even Jesus wept at the death of  his friend Lazarus.

Lord, we know to heal, we must grieve. Help us to find you in the pain and the myriad of feelings that come along with losing those we love. We pray for sleep for those who are unable to sleep. We ask for help with depression and feelings of hopelessness. We ask for direction for those who feel lost and don’t know how to find their way. Lord, we do not grieve as those who have no hope. This world is not the end…it is not our home and we are only passing through. You promise to turn our mourning to joy. Lord, please help each broken heart to find their way on the path that you’ve set before them. Bind their wounds Lord and pour your grace upon them.

Lord, I also know that there are many here who are struggling with the loss of jobs and income and they are unable to find work. They are struggling to eat, to stay warm, to stay in the places where they live. Lord, we are seeing hard times in this country like  we haven’t  seen in a very long time. The same thing is happening all over the world. There are so many things that aren’t right and there are many that are doing all they can to provide for themselves and their families and it’s just not  working. Lord, we know you are in the midst of these difficulties. Your eye is not blind to the needs of your children. You have a plan though we can’t always see it. Lord, please bind the enemy and we ask that you will make a way for each one in need. May they find you in the midst of this adversity like never before. May they come to that place of rest that has no fear, knowing that you promise to provide. Sometimes our greatest gifts are spiritual ones…things that this world can’t take away from us. To have peace in the midst of  an unending storm is surely one of your greatest gifts you offer us. Father, you promise to provide for your children, so we know that if you have allowed these storms to touch our lives, it is for a reason…there is something you want to teach us of yourself. You want us to learn to trust…to be without fear…to watch you provide as promised. You do make the rough roads smooth…you do open doors than no man can open or close. Lord, we ask for spiritual and physical provision for every need. Please open your storehouses  and meet every need. We will give you all praise and glory Father, for you surely are worthy of our praise.

Lord, for every person in need of healing, we ask for a touch from you. We lift every need, spiritual, emotional, physical, mental, and financial. We come to you for our daily bread and we ask without doubting, that you will provide for our needs Lord. Father,  time is short. Times are getting tougher in this ever-changing world, but it is just as you said it would be. Strengthen us Lord. Help us to encourage each other and build each other up in our faith. May we be ready and not caught off guard as we see things unfolding. Help us make the most of our days and to view everything in light of eternity. Strengthen us Lord. Heal us. Help us to mature and grow strong in our faith so we can overcome every obstacle that the enemy puts in our path. We love you Lord and we ask these things in the name of Jesus. Amen

Blessings be upon you all!
Much love in Him,
Debbie Kay
